This weekend is the first Play.com Live event being held at the new(ish) Wembley stadium. Games on show include Lego Indiana Jones and Star Wars: Force Unleashed at the Activision booth, Rockband at the EA booth and Crisis Core at the Sqaure Enix booth.

It’s a two day event but most of the good stuff is going down on the saturday. The finals of the Pro Evo 2008 and Unreal Tournament 3 tournys will take place, it’s just a shame no one told me they were happening!

There will also be some live music from We Are Scientists and some other indie type people, but the games are the draw for me! However as im not attending, it’s all academic really. I could have gone in for some Rockband loving, imagine the queues though!
