Aswell as game doing some great deals on the PS3 today, the Xbox 360 price drops have come into full force in the UK. If you have £500 to drop today, you could be going home with two consoles, a few ood hames and a very unhappy wife/girlfriend/mother. When has that ever stopped you though? Starting with Game, the Xbox360 Elite with either Assasin’s Creed or Halo 3 is now down to £259.99. For an extra 20 quid you can get the Elite wth Mass Effect and Lost or Halo 3 and Assasin’s Creed. £200 gets you a Premium console with Assasin’s Creed or Halo and as with the Elite, if you spend another hard earned £20 you can get both games with the console. The Arcade version is a paltry £159.99, cheaper than a Wii at the moment and you get a choice of the games mentioned above! Not a bad effort from the chaps at Game. All these deals are available here. Over to Play.com, who are shifting the Elite for £250, the Premium for £189.99, both on their own. The Premium with Devil May Cry 4 and Lost Odyssey for £229.99. Finally the Arcade version, with Forza 2, Viva Pinata, Xbox Live Unplugged vol.1 and an extra controller for £169.99. Not bad really. An interesting deal play are doing is the Premium Halo edition Xbox, Project Gotham 3, Xbox Live Unplugged vol.1 and an extra controller for £229.99. Strange that they didnt see fit to include a copy of Halo 3 in there. All the Play.com deals can be found here. As is the norm these days, all of the above have free shipping, although not the option for express shipping that some online retailers give you. Personally I like to know when my stuff is going to arrive, otherwise I’d have to make the long trek to the sorting office to pick up my gear! Happy shopping.
