In Short: Just got word from Sony EU that they didn’t finish the roll out in time today and will be available tomorrow (UK Time) so they will finish making it available for EU / Oceania users to download tomorrow (UK time), but no exact time has been given. Sorry everyone, this was scheduled to all go out at the same time today (as the Sony US did).

[Update] The old rumour/aggro mill is churning away this morning, with grumpy European gamers posting on blogs and message boards all over the place. No word from SCEE, so the patch could land at any time, but don’t hold your breath! Will post details whenever I get them.
